Common use of No Benefit to Others Clause in Contracts

No Benefit to Others. The representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement are for the sole benefit of the Parties hereto and, in the case of ARTICLE 8, the other Indemnified Parties, and their heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns, and they shall not be construed as conferring any rights on any other Persons.

No Benefit to Others. The representationsrepresentation, warranties, covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement are for the sole benefit of the Parties hereto and, in the case of ARTICLE 8Article 5 hereof, the other Indemnified Parties, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns, and they shall not be construed as conferring any rights on any other Persons.

No Benefit to Others. The representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement are for the sole benefit of the Parties hereto and the Holders and, in the case of ARTICLE 8Article 6, the other Acquiror Indemnified Parties, and their heirs, executors, administrators, legal personal representatives, successors and assigns, and they shall not be construed as conferring any rights on any other Persons.

No Benefit to Others.
