Common use of NO BENEFITS TO THE EMPLOYER Clause in Contracts

NO BENEFITS TO THE EMPLOYER. No part of the corpus or income of the Trust Fund shall be used for any purpose other than the exclusive purpose of providing benefits for the Members and their beneficiaries and of defraying reasonable expenses of administering the Plan. Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, the Plan shall not be construed to vest any rights in the Employer other than those specifically given hereunder.
