No Benefit Nothing in this Supplemental Indenture, express or implied, shall give to any Person other than the parties hereto and their successors or assigns, and the Holders, any benefit or legal or equitable rights, remedy or claim under this Supplemental Indenture or the Base Indenture.
No Authority to Bind Company Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants have no authority to enter into contracts that bind the Company or create obligations on the part of the Company without the prior written authorization of the Company.
No Benefits Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.
No Brokerage The Purchaser has not incurred any obligation or liability, contingent or otherwise, for brokerage fees, finder's fees, agent's commissions, or the like in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
No Benefit to Third Parties The representations, warranties, covenants and agreements set forth in this Agreement are for the sole benefit of the Parties hereto and their successors and permitted assigns, and they will not be construed as conferring any rights on any other parties.

No Brokerage Fees There are no claims for brokerage commission, finders’ fees or similar compensation in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Subscription Agreement or related documents based on any arrangement or agreement binding upon Subscriber.
No U S. federal or state agency or any agency of any other jurisdiction has made any finding or determination as to the fairness of the terms of the Offering for investment nor any recommendation or endorsement of the Debentures.
No enquiry The Mortgagee shall not be obliged to make any enquiry as to the nature or sufficiency of any payment received by it under the Mortgage and/or this Deed or to make any claim or take any action to collect any moneys hereby assigned or to enforce any rights or benefits hereby assigned to the Mortgagee or to which the Mortgagee may at any time be entitled under the Mortgage and/or this Deed.
No Broker Neither Seller nor any Affiliate of Seller has dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent or other Person, except for Buyer or an Affiliate of Buyer, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with any Transaction.
