NO BID Where more than one item is listed, any items not bid upon shall be indicated as “NO BID”.
No Authority to Bind Company Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants have no authority to enter into contracts that bind the Company or create obligations on the part of the Company without the prior written authorization of the Company.
No Authority This Agreement shall not create, nor shall it be deemed to create, the relationship of employer and employee, principal and agent, partnership, or joint venture, between City and Confidant. Confidant has no authority whatsoever to make any representation in respect of, enter any commitment on behalf of, or incur any liability for or on behalf of, City, or to bind or purport to bind City to any Third Party in any way whatsoever.
No Benefit Nothing in this Supplemental Indenture, express or implied, shall give to any Person other than the parties hereto and their successors or assigns, and the Holders, any benefit or legal or equitable rights, remedy or claim under this Supplemental Indenture or the Base Indenture.
No Benefits Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.
No U S. federal or state agency or any agency of any other jurisdiction has made any finding or determination as to the fairness of the terms of the Offering for investment nor any recommendation or endorsement of the Debentures.
No Authority to Bind Neither party has the power or authority to bind the other party to contracts or other obligations.
No xxxxxx Nothing in this document in any way restricts or otherwise affects the City’s unfettered discretion to exercise its statutory powers as a public authority.
No Benefit to Others The representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement are for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and they shall not be construed as conferring and are not intended to confer any rights on any other persons.
No Brokerage Lessor and Lessee represent and warrant to each other that they have had no conversation or negotiations with any broker concerning the leasing of the Properties. Each of Lessor and Lessee agrees to protect, indemnify, save and keep harmless the other, against and from all liabilities, claims, losses, costs, damages and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of, resulting from or in connection with their breach of the foregoing warranty and representation.
