Common use of No Breach of Agreements Clause in Contracts

No Breach of Agreements. The entry of this Agreement will not cause a default of any other agreement to which any party hereto is a party. No party to this Agreement is in breach of any agreement to which it is a party which will be material to its performance under this Agreement nor will any party during the term of this Agreement be in contravention of or default under any order, law or regulation binding upon it. The execution and delivery of this Agreement, consummation of the transactions herein contemplated and compliance with the terms hereof will not constitute or result in a default under or contravene any provision by any party of the limited partnership agreement or any other agreement, order, law or regulation related to the Fund.
