Common use of No breach of Heritage Act Clause in Contracts

No breach of Heritage Act. (a) Nothing in this NSHA purports to authorise any act or omission that would be in breach of the Aboriginal Heritage Act. (b) If the Proponent carries out any Activities through contractors, then the Proponent shall ensure that such contractors are made aware of the obligations of the Aboriginal Heritage Act and of this NSHA.
