No Breach of Prior Agreement. You represent that your performance of all the terms of this Agreement and your duties as an employee of the Company will not breach any invention assignment, proprietary information, confidentiality, noncompetition, nonsolicitation, noninterference, or similar agreement with any former employer or other party. You represent that you will not bring with you to the Company or use in the performance of your duties for the Company any documents or materials or intangibles of a former employer or third party that are not in the public domain or have not been legally transferred or licensed to the Company.
