No Breach or Liability. No delay or failure of a Party to perform any of its obligations, other than payment obligations, under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control shall constitute a breach of this Agreement or render that Party liable for that delay or failure. Causes beyond a Party's reasonable control include: (i) events or circumstances that the Party, using its Reasonable Efforts, is unable to prevent or overcome; (ii) as to Sabre, causes also beyond the reasonable control of the Person to whom or which Sabre has Subcontracted the affected Service or Task in accordance with this Agreement; and (iii) labor disputes, strikes, or other similar disturbances; acts of God; utilities or communications failures; acts of the public enemy; and riots, insurrections, sabotage, or vandalism.
