No Breakage or Other Similar Financing Costs Permitted. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, neither Party shall be entitled to claim from the other Party any breakage fees or other similar fees or charges by a lender to a Party that are due to such lender by reason of such lender calling for early repayment of debt associated with a Party’s financing related to the Formal Agreements or any Energy sales by Transmission Customer.
