Each party warrants to the other that it: (a) has not and will not commit an offence under the Bribery Act 2010 in relation to this Contract or any other contract between the parties; and (b) has adequate procedures (as defined in section 7(2) of that Act) in place to prevent its associated persons from committing an offence under that Act.
