No Bribes. The Company warrants that no bribe, gift, or other inducement has been paid, given, promised or offered to any Government official or employee for the obtaining of this License Agreement.
No Bribes. Each of Licensee and IKEA represents and warrants to NRC that no bribe, gift, reward, benefit or other inducement has been or will be paid, given, promised or offered directly or indirectly to any federal government official or employee or to a member of the family of such person, with a view to influencing the entry into this agreement or the administration of this Agreement.

Seller will not, directly or indirectly, pay, offer, authorize or promise any monies or anything of value (such as gifts, contributions, travel, or entertainment) to any person or organization, including any employee of Seller’s or Buyer’s customers, or any “Government Official” (which includes any employee or official of any governmental authority, government owned or controlled entity, public international organization or political party; or any candidate for political office) for the purpose of improperly influencing their acts or decisions. Seller will take appropriate actions to ensure that any person representing or acting under its instruction or control (“Seller’s Agents”) will also comply with this Section.
No Bribes. 9.01 The Recipient guarantees that no bribe, gift or other inducement has been paid, given, promised or offered to any person in order to obtain this Agreement. Similarly, no person has been employed to solicit or secure the Agreement upon any agreement for a commission, percentage, brokerage or contingent fee. The Recipient also guarantees that it has no financial interest in the business of any third party that would affect its objectivity in carrying out the Project.

No Bribes. None of the Companies, nor, to the knowledge of the Companies, any of their officers acting on their behalf, have made any payments for political contributions (in excess of lawful amounts), or made or received any bribes, kickback payments or similar payment.

A/E shall not enter into any non-arms’ length agreements, or accept or give any monies, gifts, “kickbacks”, bribes or the like for awarding or receiving any work to or from any person or entity, and acknowledges that any such acts will substantially and materially harm Owner. A/E acknowledges that it is a fiduciary of Owner with respect to all funds received by A/E on account of the Project, and that it will treat all monies received on account of the Project as trust funds for the benefit of Owner and A/E’s Consultants.
No Bribes. Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has, directly or indirectly, paid or delivered any fee, commission or other sum of money or item or property, however characterized, to any finder, agent, government official or other party, in the United States or any other country, which is in any manner related to the business, assets or operations of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, which is illegal under any federal, state or local laws of the United States (including, without limitation, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices' Act) or any other country having jurisdiction; and neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has participated in any boycotts.
