No Broker Control. The Parties agree that BROKER will not assert any control nor have any right to exercise control over a shipper’s freight, including, but not limited to, taking possession of a shipper’s freight, and BROKER shall not direct or control the routes taken by CARRIER in the transportation of a shipper’s freight.
