No Broker Fee. No broker or finder is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or commission payable by such Purchaser solely in connection with the sale of the Convertible Notes to such Purchaser based on any arrangement entered into by or on behalf of such Purchaser.
No Broker Fee. Neither party has used a broker in this transaction, nor does no person have a valid claim for a broker's or finder's fee for the exchange of the RENS Shares for the NMGL Shares under this Agreement.

No Broker Fee. Issuer hereby represents and warrants that there has been no act or omission by Issuer which would give rise to any valid claim against any of the parties hereto for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other like payment in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby.

City will fully save, indemnify and hold the Girl Scouts harmless against a claim of any person alleging it was retained by City to procure the execution of this Lease. Girl Scouts will fully save, indemnify and hold the City harmless against a claim of any person alleging it was retained by Girl Scouts to procure the execution of this Lease.
No Broker Fee. The Company has not dealt or negotiated with any Person who has or will have, as a result of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, any right, interest or claim against or upon the Purchaser for any commission, fee or other compensation as a finder or broker.
