No Broker. Seller has not dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for Buyer, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation based on or arising from the sale of Purchased Mortgage Loans by Seller to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement. The foregoing representation and warranty does not relate to third party mortgage brokers to whom compensation may be payable by Seller for the origination of a Purchased Mortgage Loan, such payments being the sole responsibility of Seller.
