Common use of No Broker Clause in Contracts

No Broker. There is no broker, finder or financial advisor acting or who has acted on behalf of Seller or any of its Affiliates that is entitled to receive any brokerage or finder’s or financial advisory fee from Buyer or any of its Affiliates in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No Broker. There is no broker, finder or finder, financial advisor or other Person acting or who has acted on behalf of Seller Buyer or any of its Affiliates that Affiliates, who is entitled to receive any brokerage or finder’s or financial advisory fee from Buyer Seller or any of its Affiliates in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

There is no investment bank, broker, finder or financial advisor acting other intermediary that has been retained by or who has acted is authorized to act on behalf of Seller Buyer or any of its Affiliates that is might be entitled to receive any brokerage fee or finder’s or financial advisory fee commission from Buyer or any of its Affiliates in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreementhereby.

There is no investment banker, broker, finder finder, or financial advisor acting other intermediary retained by or who has acted authorized to act on behalf of Seller who might be entitled to any fee or commission from Purchaser or any of its Affiliates that is entitled to receive any brokerage or finder’s or financial advisory fee from Buyer or any affiliates upon consummation of its Affiliates in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreementhereby.

No Broker. There is no broker, finder or finder, financial advisor or other Person acting or who has acted on behalf of Seller Buyer or any of its Affiliates that is entitled to receive any brokerage or finder’s or financial advisory fee from Buyer Seller or any of its Affiliates in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement.
