Common use of No Broker Clause in Contracts

No Broker. Buyer has not retained or employed any broker, finder, or similar agent, or otherwise taken any action in connection with the negotiations relating to this Purchase Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby in a manner so as to give rise to any claims against the Seller for any brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other similar payment with respect to the transactions contemplated hereunder.

No Broker. Buyer has not retained any broker or employed finder nor has any broker, finder, finder or similar agent, or otherwise taken any action broker acted on behalf of Buyer in connection with the negotiations relating to this Purchase Agreement and or the transactions contemplated hereby in a manner so as to give rise to any claims against the Seller for any brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other similar payment with respect to the transactions contemplated hereunderhereby.

No Broker. Buyer Seller has not retained or employed any broker, finder or agent, nor otherwise become obligated for any broker's, finder, 's or agent's or similar agent, or otherwise taken any action in connection with the negotiations relating to this Purchase Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby in a manner so as to give rise to any claims against the Seller for any brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other similar payment with respect to the transactions transaction contemplated hereunderby this Agreement.

Buyer Acquirer has not retained or employed any broker, finder or agent, nor otherwise become obligated for any broker's, finder, 's or agent's or similar agentfee, or otherwise taken any action in connection with the negotiations relating to this Purchase Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby in a manner so as to give rise to any claims against the Seller for any brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other similar payment with respect to the transactions transaction contemplated hereunderby this Agreement.

Buyer has not retained (nor any of its directors, officers, employees and agents acting on its behalf) employed or employed incurred any Liability to any broker, finder, finder or similar agent, or otherwise taken any action in connection with the negotiations relating to this Purchase Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby in a manner so as to give rise to any claims against the Seller agent for any brokerage commissionfees, finder’s fee fees, commissions or other similar payment amounts with respect to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereunderContemplated Transactions.

Buyer Vendor has not retained employed or incurred nor any of its shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agents has employed or incurred any liability to any broker, finder or agent for any brokerage fees, finder’s fees, commissions or similar agent, or otherwise taken any action in connection other amounts with the negotiations relating respect to this Purchase Agreement and or any of the transactions contemplated hereby in a manner so as to give rise to any claims against the Seller for any brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other similar payment with respect to the transactions contemplated hereunderhereby.
