Common use of No Brokerage Fee Clause in Contracts

No Brokerage Fee. There are no contracts, agreements or understandings between the Selling Unitholder and any person that would give rise to a valid claim against the Selling Unitholder for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other like payment in connection with the purchase and sale of the Purchased Units pursuant to this Agreement.

There are no contracts, agreements or understandings between the Selling Unitholder Shareholder and any person person, other than the Purchaser, that would give rise to a valid claim against the Selling Unitholder Shareholder for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other like payment in connection with the purchase and sale of the Purchased Units Shares pursuant to this Agreement.
