No Brokers, Etc. The Purchaser has not employed or retained any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any brokerage, finder’s, investment banker’s or similar fees, commissions or expenses in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

All fees, commissions, compensation and expenses of Xxxxxxx Financial Advisors, Inc. for its services rendered to the Purchaser shall be paid by the Purchaser.
