Common use of No Brokers, Etc Clause in Contracts

No Brokers, Etc. The Purchaser has not employed or retained any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any brokerage, finder’s, investment banker’s or similar fees, commissions or expenses in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

No Brokers, Etc. The Purchaser has not employed or retained any broker, broker or finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any brokerage, finder’s, investment banker’s finders' or similar fees, commissions or expenses in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby. To the best knowledge of Purchaser, no person or party acting on behalf of the Purchaser may assert or claim against the Seller or the Purchaser for a finder's fee, brokerage commission or other similar payment relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
