Common use of No Brokers, Etc Clause in Contracts

No Brokers, Etc. Neither Buyer nor any of its Representatives, shareholders or affiliates has employed or made any agreement with any Representative, broker, finder or similar agent or any other person or firm which will result in the obligation of Seller, any Company, or any of Seller's affiliates to pay any finder's fee, brokerage fee, consulting fee, severance fee, services fee, or commission or similar payment or expense in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby. Buyer will pay all of its own expenses in connection with this Agreement, as provided in Section 11.7 hereof.
