Common use of No Broker’s Fee Clause in Contracts

No Broker’s Fee. Such Backstop Party is not a party to any contract, agreement or understanding with any Person that would give rise to a valid claim against the Company or any of its subsidiaries for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or like payment in connection with the Equity Rights Offering or the sale of the Backstop Party Shares.

No Broker’s Fee. Such None of the Backstop Party Parties or their Affiliates is not a party to any contract, agreement or understanding contract with any Person (other than this Agreement) that would give rise to a valid claim against the Company or any of its subsidiaries for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or like payment in connection with the Equity Senior Noteholder Rights Offering or the sale of the Backstop Party Remaining Shares.

Such Backstop Party is not a party to any contract, agreement or understanding with any Person that would give rise to a valid claim against the Company or any of its subsidiaries Debtors for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or like payment in connection with the Equity Rights Offering or the sale of the Backstop Party SharesOffering.
