NO BROKERS, FINDERS OR FINANCIAL ADVISORY FEES OR COMMISSIONS. Other than Network 1, no brokers, finders or financial advisory fees or commissions will be payable by the Company, its agents or Subsidiaries, with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
