No Brokers, Finders or Investment Bankers. Neither CFFTI nor to its knowledge any of its Affiliates, executive officers or directors has employed any broker or finder or investment banker or incurred any liability which remains unsatisfied for any brokerage or finder's fees or commissions or similar payments in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement for which CFFTI could become liable.
