No Brokers or Agents. No Credit Party or Subsidiary thereof uses any brokers or other agents acting in any capacity for such Credit Party or Subsidiary in connection with the Obligations.

Should any such claim be advanced by any such foregoing broker or agent, it is agreed that the satisfaction of such claim shall be the sole responsibility of the party which it is claimed utilized the services of such broker or agent.

CCSI represents that it has not used the services of any brokers or agents in the negotiation or consummation of this Agreement such that any commissions or fees are due to any such broker or agent based upon the transactions herein set forth. Lessor and Lessee represent and warrant that no broker or agent was involved in any negotiations leading up to, or in connection with, the execution and delivery of this Lease. Lessor and Lessee agree to indemnify and hold the other harmless from and against any loss or damage suffered by the other by reason of any breach of their respective representation and warranties hereunder.
