Common use of No Broker’s or Finder’s Fees Clause in Contracts

No Broker’s or Finder’s Fees. Buyer has not engaged or is liable for the payment of any fee to any finder, broker or similar Person in connection with the transactions described in this Agreement.

The Buyer has not engaged paid or is liable for the payment of become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder, broker financial advisor or similar Person intermediary in connection with the transactions described in contemplated by this Agreement, except for Xxxxxxxxx Associates, LLC.
