Common use of No Broker’s or Finder’s Fees Clause in Contracts

No Broker’s or Finder’s Fees. No agent, broker, investment banker, Person or firm acting on behalf of Buyer or Buyer Parent is or will be entitled to any broker’s or finder’s fee or any other similar commission or similar fee from Buyer or Buyer Parent in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, based on arrangements made by or on behalf of Buyer or Xxxxx Xxxxxx.

No Broker’s or Finder’s Fees. No agentfinder, broker, investment bankeragent, Person financial adviser or firm acting other intermediary has acted on behalf of Buyer or Buyer Parent is or will be entitled to any broker’s or finder’s fee or any other similar commission or similar fee from Buyer or Buyer Parent in connection with the negotiation or consummation of this Agreement or the Transactions and neither the Company nor any Seller will have any Liability to any such Persons entitled to any fee, payment, commission or other consideration in connection therewith as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, based on arrangements any arrangement made by or on behalf of Buyer or Xxxxx XxxxxxParent.
