Each of the Guarantors and the Operating Partnership have complied and will comply with all the provisions of Florida Statutes, Section 517.075 (Chapter 92-198, Laws of Florida); neither the Company, the Operating Partnership nor any of the Subsidiaries or affiliates does business with the government of Cuba or any person or affiliate located in Cuba.
