Common use of No Buyer Vote Required Clause in Contracts

No Buyer Vote Required. No vote or other action of the stockholders of Buyer is required by Law, Buyer’s Certificate of Incorporation or Buyer’s By-laws or otherwise in order for Buyer and Sub to consummate the Merger and the transactions contemplated hereby other than such affirmative vote of the stockholders of Buyer as has already been obtained.
