No Cancellation or Lapse. PSP shall not cause or permit any required insurance to cancel or lapse prior to the expiration of all warranty periods, provided however, policy duration for architect/engineers professional liability/errors & omissions coverage is not governed by this provision. PSP must update all expired policies prior to submission of any Application for Payment.
