No Cancellation or Lapse. CMR shall not cause or permit any required insurance to cancel or lapse prior to the expiration of all warranty periods, provided however, policy duration for builder’s risk (or as applicable, an installation floater) is not governed by this provision. CMR must update all expired policies prior to submission of any pay application.
