Except as contemplated hereby, neither the Corporation nor Shareholder has received notice of any plan or intention of any other party to any Commitment to exercise any right to cancel or terminate any Commitment, and neither the Corporation nor Shareholder knows of any fact that would justify the exercise of such a right. Neither the Corporation nor Shareholder currently contemplates, or has reason to believe any other person or entity currently contemplates, any amendment or change to any Commitment. Except as listed in Schedule 3.15, none of the customers or suppliers of the Corporation has refused, or communicated that it will or may refuse, to purchase or supply goods or services, as the case may be, or has communicated that it will or may substantially reduce the amounts of goods or services that it is willing to purchase from, or sell to, the Corporation.
