Common use of No Cancellations or Delays by Buyer Clause in Contracts

No Cancellations or Delays by Buyer. Buyer may not cancel, delay, reschedule or otherwise vary the terms of any delivery of Parts or performance of Services without Rapiscan’s written consent. Such consent may be granted or withheld in Rapiscan’s sole discretion. Such consent may be conditioned by Rapiscan on, among other things, prompt payment by Buyer to Rapiscan for direct or indirect amounts arising under or related to the cancellation, delay, rescheduling or other variation.
