No Capital Contributions Upon Liquidation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, upon a liquidation of the Company no Member shall have any obligation to make any contribution to the capital of the Company other than any capital contributions such Member agreed to make in accordance with this Agreement.
