No Cause Termination. If Executive's employment is terminated as a result of a No Cause Termination Event, then SynQuest will pay Executive within fifteen (15) days after the Date of Termination, (i) any Base Salary and Bonus earned but unpaid and any other amounts due to Executive from SynQuest (whether pursuant to benefit plans or otherwise) through the Date of Termination, and (ii) fifty percent (50%) of Executive's then-current Base Salary, but in no event less than $70,000.00, payable as a lump sum.
