No Cause Terminations. Per the guidelines found in Oregon Statute per SB 608, Owner understands that no tenant residing in a unit for more than 365 days may be given a notice of termination unless it is a “FOR CAUSEbreach of contract, and it is equally impermissible to provide a lease termination if the occupancy has been over 1 year without an approved Owner Exclusion as defined by the statute.

  • TERMINATION FOR CAUSE BY CITY 4.05.1 If Contractor defaults under this Agreement, the Director may terminate this Agreement after providing Contractor written notice and an opportunity to cure the default as provided below.
