No Change in Aggregate Exercise Price. In the event of any adjustment of the total number of shares of Common Stock purchasable upon the exercise of Warrants pursuant to subsection (a) above, the aggregate Exercise Price of each such Warrant shall remain unchanged, but the number of shares of capital stock obtainable on exercise of each such Warrant shall be adjusted as provided in subsection (a) above.
