No Change in Applicable Laws. Since the date of execution of this Agreement, no change shall have occurred in applicable laws or in interpretations thereof by regulatory authorities that would make it illegal for the Owner Participant or the Shipowner to acquire or charter the Vessels in accordance with the Transaction Documents.
