Common use of No Change in Condition of Nationstar Clause in Contracts

Since March 31, 2013, there has been no change in the business, operations, financial condition, properties or assets of Nationstar which would have a material adverse effect on its ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document or materially adversely affect the transactions contemplated under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.
