No Change in Documents. Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain its corporate existence with no material amendments or changes in its organizational documents without the prior written approval of the Lender, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
No Change in Documents. Borrower shall maintain its existence with no material amendments or changes in its organizational documents which would adversely affect the Collateral, Lender's rights under the Loan Documents or security interest in the Collateral, or the ability of Borrower to perform its obligations under the Loan Documents, without the prior written approval of the Lender, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
