(a) All information submitted to Funding Lender or Loan Servicer, including all financial statements for the Mortgaged Property, Borrower, and any Borrower Principal, and all Rent Schedules, reports, certificates, and any other documents submitted thereto in connection with the Project Loan and the Mortgaged Property is complete and accurate in all material respects as of the date such information was submitted to Funding Lender or Loan Servicer.
