Common use of No Change in Law Clause in Contracts

No Change in Law. There shall not have been any action, or any statute enacted, by any government or agency thereof which would render the parties unable to consummate the transactions contemplated herein or make the transactions contemplated herein illegal, prohibit or restrict the consummation of the transactions contemplated herein. In the case of failure of the condition set forth in this Section 6.01(h), Buyer shall deliver to Sellers and Shareholder an opinion of counsel to such effect.
