No Change in Outstandings. If a Settlement Report indicates that no advance under the Revolving Loan has been made during the period since the next preceding Settlement Date, then such Lender's Revolving Credit Pro Rata Share of any amounts received by the Agent but paid only to NationsBank shall be paid by NationsBank to the Agent, for the account of such Lender. If a Settlement Report indicates that the increase in the dollar amount of a Lender's Net Outstandings which is required to comply with the first sentence of Section 2.8.2 is exactly equal to such Lender's Revolving Credit Pro Rata Share of amounts received by the Agent but paid only to NationsBank since the next preceding Settlement Date, such Lender and the Agent, in their respective records, shall apply such Lender's Revolving Credit Pro Rata Share of such amounts to the increase in such Lender's Net Outstandings.
