No Change in Transfer Agent Sample Clauses
No Change in Transfer Agent. So long as the Notes are outstanding, the Company shall not take any action to cause a change in the Company’s transfer agent of record, without prior written consent to take such action from the Collateral Agent.
No Change in Transfer Agent. From the date of the closing until such time as there are no Series Y outstanding, the Company covenants and agrees that it shall not change its transfer agent.
