No Change in Warrant Terms on Adjustment. Irrespective of any of the adjustments in the Warrant Price or the number of shares of Warrant Common Stock, Warrant Certificates theretofore or thereafter issued may continue to express the same prices and number of shares as are stated in a similar Warrant Certificate issuable initially, or at some subsequent time, pursuant to this Agreement and such number of Shares specified therein shall be deemed to have been so adjusted.
