No Change in Warrant Terms on Adjustment. Irrespective of any adjustments pursuant to this Section 4, Warrants theretofore or thereafter issued may continue to express the same prices and number of Common Stock issuable upon exercise as are stated in the similar Warrants issuable initially, or at some subsequent time, pursuant to this Agreement, and the Exercise Price and such number of Common Stock issuable upon exercise specified thereon shall be deemed to have been so adjusted.
