No Change of Warrant Necessary. Irrespective of any adjustment in the Exercise Price or in the number or kind of shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants, the Warrant Certificates may continue to express the same price and number and kind of shares as are stated in the Warrant Certificates as initially issued.
