No Change of Warrant Necessary. Irrespective of any exercise of the Warrant pursuant to Section 4 hereof or any adjustment of the Share Price pursuant to Section 5, unless Holder otherwise requests, this Warrant Agreement shall continue to express the same Purchase Price and Share Price as initially stated in this Warrant Agreement.
