No Change To Terms Except As Set Forth. The Company hereby confirms and agrees that, except as set forth in Section 1 above, (i) each of the Transaction Documents is, and shall continue to be, in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects, and (ii) the execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Agreement shall not operate as an amendment of any right, power or remedy of the Investor under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, nor constitute an amendment of any provision of any this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.
