No Changes to Terms of Private Placement Warrants or Working Capital Warrants. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any transfer, assignment or sale of the Private Placement Warrants or Working Capital Warrants, the terms of the Private Placement Warrants or Working Capital Warrants, as the case may be, shall remain the same irrespective of the holder thereof.
