No Charge; Disposition of Void Certificates or Class C Certificate. No service charge shall be made to a Certificateholder or Class C Certificateholder for any transfer or exchange of Certificates or the Class C Certificate, but the Certificate Registrar may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any transfer or exchange of Certificates or the Class C Certificate. All Certificates or the Class C Certificate surrendered for transfer and exchange shall be disposed of in a manner approved by the Trustee.
