No Charge for Transfer or Exchange. No service charge may be made to a US$ Noteholder for any transfer or exchange of US$ Notes, but the US$ Note Registrar may require payment by the US$ Noteholder of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any transfer or exchange of US$ Notes.
